1. We are members of the OPML community, and we will do our best to make this site work as you expect, and indeed to exceed your expectations as we innovate and co-evolve together. Thank you for your participation, and thank you for your criticism, creative ideas, and applications of OPML.

2. You are free to have your OPML files hosted on our site, and to use free disk space and bandwidth for your files. This is a free, open experimental site for those who want to explore with us. Over time we reserve the right to charge for aspects of our offering, and/or to limit participation. Join us now and be a charter member. As the site develops we will dialogue with you about what business models make sense, and will handle transitions with respect and care.

3. To use this site we ask you to join and provide a valid email address. We will keep your information secure. We will not sell individual data. Over time, we expect to migrate to a certified identity service, and to implement an attention trust so that your usage data stays with you unless you choose to share it.

4. You agree not to post any abusive, obscene, vulgar, slanderous, hateful, threatening, sexually-oriented or any other material that may violate any applicable laws. The administrators of this site will attempt to remove any generally objectionable material as quickly as possible. You acknowledge that all material made publicly available by you expresses the views and opinions of the author and not the administrators.

5. As this is a prototype site, we cannot guarantee specific service levels for opmlworkstation.com, including conversion and hosting. You agree by using this site that we are not liable for any damages, direct or consequential, due to loss of data or other causes.
